We used to provide computer training as a family business when we were still based in another province. Whenever I think about our computer business strategies such as upgrading our equipment or hiring additional employees, I realize we could have offered more for our clients. While our main focus was on providing computer seminars for engineers, we still failed to give other services for the different needs of some customers such as computer repair or sales.
