Eco-friendly products

I’m not really that environmentally-conscious as a consumer. But sometimes, I do tend to favor eco-friendly products than those that are not. I would be glad to see some environment-friendly products which provide information about the materials used (recycled paper, environmentally-safe chemicals, etc.). For instance, greeting cards, notebooks and other paper products made from recycled paper are my favorites.

When it comes to shopping for gadgets though, I am not that familiar about which company is more green-conscious than the other. I know somebody who prefers buying his mobile phone from a manufacturer which he knows is manufacturing according to Greenpeace standards. More eco-friendly products are now being developed. Environmentally-friendly stores such as Eco Geek Living offer all sorts of these green products. One such product is the LED shake flashlight which doesn’t need batteries or electricity to light it up. All you need to do is just shake it for one minute and you’ll have bright light for 30 minutes. This product is great for camping and hiking, yeah? And good thing about it is that you exercise your arms a bit while shaking it.
