As I have mentioned in one of the posts, music runs in the blood of our family. When our eldest son was still in college, he joined a band with his close friends, who were also music lovers. The band was mainly a way of expressing their love for music, which they had in common.

Their instruments may not have included sophisticated ones, not even an affordable hercules rmx2, but they were satisfied with what they had, especially they were all students, and had their studies as the priority, or else their parents would object to their being in a band.

Their group would sometimes be invited to sing for weddings, or birthdays, or whatever occasions, of close friends, and being part of the affair was compensation enough for them, as they were amateurs and to give their music away for others to appreciate was already a joy for them! The dinner, or luncheon, they would partake would be an added delight for them!
