Keeping fit with dancing

I’m glad I did my dance-exercise activities for four days now. That’s quite a feat for me considering my procrastination when it comes to my health and fitness goals. Well at least, I’m back to my half cup rice habit and consuming more vegetables. Next on the list would be drinking lots of water (at least one liter) every day. It sure helps to have cutie sis as my hip hop dance partner. We remind and encourage each other when it’s already time to hit the dance floor!
