Have you tried going over the files in your computer and wishing you have sorted them out and deleted the unnecessary ones? I realized that browsing over Windows Explorer, and seeing the many folders and files accumulated through the years, can actually be stressful.
While organizing things on our desks and rooms usually exhausts us physically, on the computer it’s just mentally draining as well. You are faced with the dilemma of deciding which files to keep or discard.
When sorting out computer files, you need to ask yourself these questions:
When was the last time I used this file?
Do I still need this document?
Is this photo worth keeping in my gallery?
