A good night’s sleep

Having a good night’s sleep is one of life’s simple pleasures, and the best way to have it is not to try too hard.

According to the sleep experts, making a big effort to fall asleep, lying in bed and worrying about it, only increases sleeplessness. It is recommended instead to do something relaxing, like reading, until you feel drowsy.

Sleeping in quiet and cool surroundings, having comfortable pillows and sheets also improves the quality of sleep. How about a waterbase pillow for a more comfy trip to dreamland? According to some sleep experts, a waterbase pillow is effective for improving quality of sleep with the comfort it provides. Its waterbase adjusts automatically to your head position as you sleep, thus reducing neck pain and giving you uninterrupted hours of much needed sleep.

Personally, I don’t have any trouble getting myself to sleep. Having a water-base pillow seems like a good idea though. 😉
